Sunnyvale Installs Four Permanent Aircraft Noise Monitoring Terminals
10/29/2020The City of Sunnyvale contracted with Casper Airport Solutions inc. to install four noise monitoring terminals (NMTs). The NMTs will capture data from various air traffic patterns, including south flow approaches to San Jose International Airport and traffic into Moffett Field and San Carlos and Palo Alto airports. The new NMTs can be found at the following locations:
- Ortega Park - 636 Harrow Way, Sunnyvale, CA 94087
- Dona Ave - 756-782 Dona Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94087
- Community Center Park - 550 E Remington Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94087
- Washington Park - 840 W Washington Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
